Education: path to success?

This is an interesting video which talks about how the public education system have Made some of us Proud or Crush some of us Hard. A video which shows how the education system is making school like a factory production house, producing school leavers in batches and batches form according to their age and not their IQ and talent (hence making it seemed totally wrong, come to think of it again).  Think you've benefited from the system? hmm guess there is a need to re-evaluate the system to make everyone feels like a winner and proud of their own personal talents and jobs of course!

p/s:  I've always felt the system is somehow so wrong as it is degrading some great undiscovered talents out there. Blergh..
